Payment schedule: Full non-refundable payment is due upon your tour registration.  All prices are quoted in US dollars and are subject to change. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, personal checks, and cash.

Included:

  • Basecamp for camping with port-a-potties, solar showers

  • Meals, snacks and beverages starting with dinner on the first day through lunch on departure day

  • Cultural events

Not Included:

  • Lodging before or after the tour

  • Personal camping gear

  • Alcoholic beverages

  • Gratuities to staff/artisans

Pets

Gallinas Cultural Tours allows for one (1) dog per party. Guests are required to keep dogs on a leash while in the campsite and are responsible for providing their food. Guests agree to release, hold harmless and indemnify the Gallinas Culture Tours, LLC., its principals, affiliated entities, parent companies, subsidiaries, present and former employees, owners, officers, members, managers, partners, contractors, insurers, shareholders, and directors (collectively “Released Entities”) from any and all claims actions, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses for death, injury, loss of any accompanying pets, in any way arising out of my participation in a Gallinas Culture Tours, LLC., tour, including, without limitation, any and all claims resulting from the negligence of the Released Entities. Guests are solely responsible for their animals and any injury, death, or damages resulting from their animal’s behavior or actions are the pet owner’s liability.

DISCLOSURE

Itinerary Changes: The number of participants on a tour may be adjusted in response to demand and facility availability. Gallinas Tours reserves the right to make agenda and accommodation modifications without notification and to make alterations and substitutions to the itinerary as needed to improve the quality of the tour or to accommodate the comfort and well-being of our guests.

Travel Insurance: Recommended We strongly recommend that you purchase trip insurance to protect your investment.

Gallinas Culture Tours, LLC., Waiver and Release
On behalf of myself, my family or other personal representatives I hereby agree to release, hold harmless and indemnify the Gallinas Culture Tours, LLC., its principals, affiliated entities, parent companies, subsidiaries, present and former employees, owners, officers, members, managers, partners, contractors, insurers, shareholders, and directors (collectively “Released Entities”) from any and all claims actions, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses for death, injury, loss or damage of property, in any way arising out of my participation in a Gallinas Culture Tours, LLC., tour, including, without limitation, any and all claims resulting from the negligence of the Released Entities.
I understand and agree that the safety and well-being of minors under the age of 18 accompanying me or my party are my sole responsibility.
I agree not to consume alcohol during the tour if I am under 21 years of age or do not have valid government-issued identification in my possession during the tour.
I understand that I will be consuming food and beverages on this tour and I accept sole responsibility for all risks associated with my participation including food sickness, allergic reaction, and death.  I am free to choose which foods, if any, I consume.
I represent that I am in good health, in proper physical condition, and capable of walking distances outdoors. I am encouraged to wear proper clothing, use sunscreen, and stay hydrated throughout the tour.  I am sufficiently self-aware to stop physical activity before I become ill or injured.
Promotion Release: I agree to grant to Gallinas Culture Tours, LLC., a royalty-free license to use my photographic, video, or digital likeness, in whole or in part, taken during a tour, solely for promotional, educational, and/or Stroll purposes.
Consent to Medical Treatment: I authorize Gallinas Culture Tours, LLC., to provide me with customary medical assistance, transportation, and emergency medical services as the result of injury or health condition. This consent does not impose a duty upon Gallinas Culture Tours, LLC., to provide such assistance, transportation, or services. I have the right to refuse medical assistance and understand Gallinas Culture Tours, LLC., will provide assistance if I am incapacitated.
I HAVE READ THE ABOVE WAIVER AND RELEASE. I UNDERSTAND THAT I HAVE RELINQUISHED SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS BY SIGNING IT AND DO SO VOLUNTARILY.
